2. What personal data do we process?
When you use our Services, we process personal data about your connection with our cookies, i.e. information that is automatically recorded by our servers when you access or use the website, whether or not you are registered on the website or connected to your user account.

5. How your data are hosted?
We endeavour to secure the personal data of the users appropriately and have taken all useful precautions in order to preserve and ensure that our hosting subcontractors preserve the security and the confidentiality of this data, and in particular prevent it from being distorted, damaged or disclosed to unauthorized persons.
Please kindly note that our newsletter provider which may have access to your personal data if you opted in to the newsletter is located outside of Europe in USA but is certified with EU-US Privacy Shield. As such, this provider shall be deemed to provide adequate privacy protection for the transfer of personal data originating from the EU by virtue of such self-certification.
6. How long do we keep your personal data?
Once you terminate your user account, we will retain your personal data for a limited period of time to answer to our legal obligations and exercise our legal rights but in no event more than five (5) years from the end of the service. After this, your personal data will be deleted.
Your personal data will also be destroyed if you do not access your user account for over five (5) years.
All the personal data we collect for the purposes of providing you more accurate services based on collected user connection data will however be deleted within a maximum period of 13 months from the initial placement of the cookie.
7. Your rights
